What are the conditions for replacement and return?
Exchange and return of products are accepted in the following cases:
– The product is not partially or completely damaged, or its serial numbers, stickers, or original packaging have been removed, or any of its accessories are missing.
– The product must be returned in the same original condition it was received, which includes the presence of the original carton and its protective carton, with their sealing before delivering the order to the shipping company.
– That the request is submitted within the permitted period for the exchange and retrieval operations. (7 days)

For our customers from within the city of Riyadh, the exchange process takes place within 48 hours, except for weekends.
And our customers in other cities will exchange the products within 5 working days from the date they are received by Beauty.

For our customers inside the city of Riyadh: within 48 hours of receiving the product.
For our customers outside Riyadh: 4-5 days from receiving the product.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, this can be done by returning the amount within 7 days to the same account from which it was purchased
